Just returned from a weekend break in the old tractor shed for our 2nd wedding anniversary. We were both really impressed with the accommodation, the bathroom is especially ‘wow’ with the huge bathtub, and the bed (and bedsheets!) are super comfy. We loved the wood burning stove and enjoyed 3 cosy evenings in front of the fire after a dip in the hot tub. Thankyou for a great stay!

We have just come back from a weekend away for Easter we stayed at The Old Hayloft and it was the perfect weekend away. The place its self was beautiful and the location was peaceful. The hot tub was an added bonus I have always been fascinated by stars but I couldn’t believe how clear the sky was so the Astro box was a really nice touch! There were lots of local places to go and we loved the local farm shops. Have already recommended this place to friends and family and wouldn’t hesitate coming back again. Thankyou x

5* stay. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We went for a couples weekend in March and loved it. It is out of the way so some things were longer to get to but it’s peaceful and the hot tub, log burner, cookies and stargazing kit were added extras! Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We stayed during our February half term. We possibly could have picked a better week weather wise 🙄🤣 but despite the rain, wind and the storm (!) we had a lovely week. The Old Hay Barn was just as it looks in the pictures, beautiful, modern and tidy. This was the cleanest place I think I have ever stayed in!!!...the kind of place you are more than happy to use the kitchen equipment without washing it first! The kitchen was well equipped and there were added extras that you don't get in other accommodation such as dishwasher tablets and even a washing up sponge. The bathroom is gorgeous (I'm missing that!) and the beds in the bedroom are soooo comfy. The hot tub is well maintained with stunning views, this was very much enjoyed by our 2 children. The children also loved the star gazing as there was an 'amazing view' and they very much appreciated the cakes and little gifts left for them and us by Linsey and Ian. The information provided on the local area with regards to things to do and places to eat was so helpful and we referred to it often (finding some lovely local pubs as a result). The Two Moors Way walk was a muddy and wet adventure for our 9yr old 🤣 and we all really enjoyed the local area. Linsey was so helpful checking on us before, during and after the storm and providing extra firewood and torches incase of power cuts. As I say, the weather could definitely have been better, but our accommodation lacked nothing. We would 100% reccomend the Two Moors Way Cottages. Thank you for having us 😊 Emma, Tris, Isabella and Oliver xx

We stayed at The Old Hayloft a few weeks ago and we had the most wonderful, magical time. The pictures of the Loft and the ground really don't do it justice. Linsey really goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfectly clean and neat. A lot of thought has gone into making the Lofts as comfortable and as cosy as possible with lots of pillows, throws and furry rugs alongside an incredible hot tub to spend your nights under the starry sky. We also tried the breakfast hamper, the food was tasty and fresh, everything was locally sourced and you can even visit the farm shop to take a bit home with you. Linsey also left us a delicious sponge cake as a welcome gift. We really can't praise this place enough. We are definitly coming back!

We had a fabulous 10-day stay in the Old Hayloft. It was perfect for us and we loved and made full use of the hot tub with the wonderful views. Everything was as you'd hope - beautifully presented and clean and it really felt like a home away from home. Local pubs were excellent for pub lunch or dinner if we didn't want to cook 'at home', and being right on the Two Moors Way we explored on foot too. Highly recommended - we'll be back - in fact we already booked another stay before we left.

Fantastic stay at Two Moors Way cottages (13/08-20/08). Linsey was a fantastic host and her knowledge of the area is second to none. The weather wasn’t brilliant (typical English summer time) so we needed to find activities and places to go to keep the children entertained, and Linsey gave us so many options. Kitchen area was well equipped for both adults and children. Beds were super comfy and sofa was easy to change in to a bed each night. It really was all the small little touches around the cottages that made it such a brilliant place to stay, and that view, Wow! Would 100% recommend!

We have just come back from 4 nights staying in the old tractor shed. The accommodation was lovely and clean and the hot tub was a lovely bonus over looking the sheep fields. (Especially when it was drizzling) Our 2 1/2 year was a fan of the sheep as well. The bedroom was a really good size and the travel cot (provided) fitted in no problems. The bed was massive and comfy. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need for some self catering action. We ordered a Thai takeaway one night, this was a bit disappointing but they might have just been having a off day! The only down side was we did spend a lot of time in the car to travel around to see places. However 30 mins away is the Devonshire railway centre worth a visit if you have small children who love trains and it won’t break the bank( £8 per adult) Plus the pub on the corner before the bridge on the river is lovely for a some lunch after.

Wow! My husband, 6 year old daughter and I had an incredible weekend stay recently. We were blown away by the quality and attention to detail in these stunning converted barns, from our welcome hamper to the most comfortable beds in the world and everything in between! Beautiful views, gorgeous hot tub and comfortable chairs to lounge in. With just the sound of lambs and birds, it’s a real peaceful escape from the rat race. I highly recommend booking a stay! We will be returning ourselves as soon as we can!
